Billing Executive

Our office is located at H.No.4-34-68 in New Shapur Nagar, which is right in the middle of the IDA Jeedimetla industrial area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of movement and the sound of machinery in the background. We handle the billing side of things, so we are surrounded by invoices, ledgers, and calculators. It’s a lot of numbers to keep track of every day. The room isn't very big, and it can get quite warm because of all the equipment running. We have stacks of paper on almost every flat surface, and we’re always trying to organize them into some kind of order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Hyd-55. We don’t have much time for small talk because the billing cycle never really stops. People come in to drop off records or pick up statements, so there’s a steady stream of visitors. The desk chairs are a bit squeaky, and the light flickers sometimes, but we just keep working through the lists. We’ve been based in this Shapur Nagar house for a few years, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses in the industrial area well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on getting the math right and making sure all the accounts are settled by the end of the month.
