Begumpet Airport Customer Service Agent

Being a customer service agent for the Begumpet Airport while living and working around Asif Nagar keeps a person busy. My name is on the door at H.No. 12-1-494/1 and you can usually find me there or near the phone. It isn't a massive office with a lot of staff; it is mostly just a practical space to handle the needs of travelers and airport business. The Asif Nagar area in Hyderabad is a bit crowded and the roads can be a mess when it rains, but it is home. I started doing this because I knew the airport layout well and figured I could help people navigate the system. It’s not about having a fancy title. I just like solving the small problems that come up when people are trying to get from one place to another. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to read the paper. I don't follow any corporate handbook for how to talk to people. I just speak the way I would to a neighbor. The building is an old one, but it does the job. I keep my files organized and make sure I’m reachable when things get complicated at the terminal. It’s a basic life, but it works for me and the people I help. There is no need to make it sound more important than it is. We just take it one day at a time here.
