We are Bcd Travel, and you can find our office at Plot No 7 in Aakash Vihar, which is part of the IA Colony in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of the city. We spend our days helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and trying to find the routes that work on the computer. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea and talk. We aren't a big flashy agency with posters everywhere; we just have a simple setup where we work. Trimulgherry is a nice area with a lot of trees around, so it’s actually a pretty good place to spend the day. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know our way around the travel business, but we don't act like we know everything. Every trip is different and sometimes things go wrong with flights or bookings, and we just have to sort it out as fast as we can. It’s just us here, a small group of people who enjoy helping others see a bit more of the world. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just help you get from point A to point B without too much fuss. We’ve seen many travelers come and go over the years.
