Banquet Manager

Manoj Ku Behera is here at Lahari Resort in Hyderabad. He's been the Banquet Manager for some time now and also looks after things as the Bar Manager. The resort is usually quite busy on weekends with people coming in for events. It’s a lot of running around, making sure the drinks are ready and the hall is set up correctly. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are big weddings or parties happening. We don't really have a big fancy office; it’s mostly just being out there on the floor or behind the bar checking the stock. It’s not a complicated setup, just a lot of coordination between the kitchen and the bar staff. Sometimes things get a bit messy, but we just clean up and get ready for the next day's crowd. It’s a decent place to work. We just do our jobs and try to keep things moving. There’s always someone asking for something last minute, but that’s just how the banquet business goes. We don't make a big fuss about it.
