Banquet Captain

I operate out of an office near the stadium's second gate in Krishna Nagar, Yousfguda. It is a busy spot because of the stadium and all the people moving through Hyderabad. Most of my work involves getting everything ready for parties and big dinners. I spend a lot of time on my feet, checking that the tables are set and the staff knows what they are doing. We are based at Md. Razzaq's place. It is not a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we can meet and plan things out. I have seen all kinds of events, from small birthdays to huge weddings that go late into the night. It is a lot of pressure because if something goes wrong with the food or the service, people notice right away. I try to stay calm and just fix problems as they pop up. Sometimes a waiter does not show up or we run low on plates, and we just have to figure it out fast. The area around Yousfguda is always buzzing, especially when there is a match at the stadium. We have to coordinate our deliveries around that traffic, which is a real pain sometimes. My shoes are usually worn out by the end of the month from all the walking. It is not the kind of job where you sit down much. We just keep going until the last guest leaves and the lights go off. It is a tough job but it is what I know.
