Asst.Hr

Working out of Meerpet in the Moulalli area of Hyderabad is what we do. The office is under K. Srialaskhmi’s name and is situated right in the heart of the community. It’s a local spot, not one of those big high-rise buildings you see in the fancy tech parks. We handle the Asst.Hr tasks from here. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite different from the busy city center. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are probably a bit too full of old papers. Mornings are spent going through files and answering various calls. It’s a simple setup for our daily needs. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a small kettle for making tea when we need a break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but it doesn't get in the way of the work we do. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask quick questions. It’s that kind of place where everyone knows everyone. We keep the windows open when the weather allows it, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. Moulalli is a bit out of the way for some people, but we like it here. It is quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main parts of Hyderabad. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code. We just show up and do the work.
