K.Balaram is the one who really gets things moving here. We handle a bunch of different business things, which is why we call it a group. It sounds more formal than it really is inside the office. Most days, it’s just us sitting around a couple of big tables with stacks of files and blueprints. The building is usually pretty busy with other offices, and the stairs are sometimes faster than the lift if you’re in a hurry. We’ve been in this part of Vijayawada for quite a while now. The area has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the different projects going on at once. We might be talking to a contractor one minute and then dealing with supply orders the next. It keeps the day interesting, for sure. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best coffee nearby during our afternoon break.
