Our office is tucked into the A.C. Guards area of Khairtabad at House Number 10-1-1090. We are part of the Al-Tayyar Trvl Group Saudi Arabia, and we spend our time helping people get their travel plans sorted, especially for those heading to Saudi Arabia. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the tea we drink throughout the afternoon. We have posters of different cities on the walls, and some of them are starting to peel at the corners. It’s not a high-end corporate space; it’s more of a practical place where we get work done. We spend hours on the phone with airlines or checking visa status on our old computers. Khairtabad is a very busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always the sound of rickshaws and motorbikes right outside our window. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to print out someone's ticket, and we all have to stop and fix it. We don't have any fancy marketing talk to give you. We are just a few people who know the travel business and try to help the locals get where they need to go. Most of our customers are regular people from the neighborhood who’ve been coming to us for years. We know how much of a headache travel can be, so we just try to keep things simple and get the bookings finished without any unnecessary drama or delays. That’s how we spend our days.
