Started out in Sanathnagar at house number 235. It is just a small place where we handle flight tickets and travel plans for people around here. My desk is usually covered in papers but I know where everything is. Hyderabad can be busy, so being in Hyd-18 makes it easy for locals to just walk in and ask about fares. Most people call us on the phone first to see if there are any cheap seats left for their dates. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens, checking which airline has space. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room with some chairs for you to sit while we print out your tickets. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the job done eventually. People come here because they don't want to mess with websites themselves. They want someone they can talk to. We've been at this address for a while now. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the house number. It’s a bit quiet around this part of Sanathnagar which is nice for working. We handle domestic flights mostly but can do international too if you need it. There’s no big sign or anything, just us working inside. We try to keep things simple and honest.
