You can find us at 1-10-140/2 on Mayuri Marg in Begumpet. It is a central part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by outside. We are right there in the middle of it all, helping people with their phones and internet connections. The office is usually full of people coming in with questions about their monthly bills or why their sim card isn't working right. It gets pretty loud with all the talking and the phones ringing constantly. We have a counter where we stand and talk to customers all day long. The 500016 area code is a busy one and we see all sorts of folks. Sometimes we have to deal with frustrated folks when the network is slow, but we just try to solve the problem as best as we can. Our space is organized but it feels lived-in because so many people pass through those doors every hour. We have some posters on the wall and a few chairs for people who have to wait their turn. There is a small shop next door where we get our lunch or a quick coffee most days. It is just a standard service point where we try to keep the neighborhood connected. It is nothing fancy, just a lot of cables, screens, and conversation. We stay until late evening when the rush finally starts to slow down a bit.
