Airtel Broadband

This Airtel Broadband office is located at H.No. 1-9-471931 in Lalithanagar. It’s a small branch in Secunderabad. We deal with a lot of technical stuff here. There are always rolls of yellow and black cable sitting in the corner. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to walk in if they have a problem with their internet. We have a couple of desks at the front where we talk to customers. Behind that, there’s a storage area with routers and more equipment. It’s a bit cramped because we have so much gear packed into a small space. The street outside is usually busy with scooters and people going to the local shops. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps of the area and trying to figure out why a certain line isn't working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. The phone rings pretty much constantly. We have a small team of technicians who are always coming and going on their bikes. The walls have a few posters that have started to peel at the corners. We don't really have time to decorate. We just make sure the connections are running. It’s a practical job. We eat our lunch at our desks most days. It’s not a glamorous place, but we keep the neighborhood connected, which keeps us busy from morning until evening.
