We are located at Flat No. 201 in the Imaan Residency building over in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. It’s a residential-style building that we use for our office. Being in Mehdipatnam means there is always a lot of activity and traffic right outside the door. We work on airline-related stuff, helping people figure out their flights and travel plans. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us sitting in an apartment that we turned into a workspace. We have a few computers, some phones that ring more than they should, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop their heads in to say hello. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, one of us will just get up from our desk to talk to you. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who use our services. We've been here long enough that we know all the best places to get a quick snack nearby. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and the schedules sorted out. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our toes every day. We prefer this local way of doing business over anything too formal or stiff.
