Air Ticketing

Our little shop is located at 2-1-34/1 in Nagole, Hyderabad. It’s a small place where we handle air ticketing for people in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy waiting area. It’s just a desk with a computer and a printer that sometimes jams at the wrong time. People come in mostly to ask about flight prices or to get their tickets printed out. Nagole is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a very simple business. We spend a lot of time looking at different flight schedules and trying to find options that work for people’s budgets. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to ask customers to wait a bit while we refresh the screen. It’s not glamorous work, but it helps people get where they need to go. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We usually keep a fan running because it gets quite hot in the afternoons. We aren't a big travel agency; we're just a small spot on the road where you can get your travel sorted. We try to be helpful and honest about the prices we see on our screen. That’s really all there is to it. It is just our daily routine.
