We are located at Plot Numbers 40 and 41 in Venture-II, right in the Hastinapuram Central area of Hyderabad. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the city center, which is nice for getting work done. Our office handles the ticketing and travel arrangements for the airline. Most of the day is spent checking seat availability and helping people figure out their travel dates. We aren't a massive operation here, just a handful of us sitting at our desks and making sure the bookings go through correctly. The office has big windows, but mostly we’re just looking at our screens. We get a lot of people calling in who are planning their vacations or going to visit family abroad. It’s interesting to hear where everyone is headed, even if we’re just staying here in Hyderabad. We’ve got a routine down now where we come in early, get the systems booted up, and start going through the emails. Sometimes the system is slow, which can be frustrating when you have someone waiting on the line, but we manage to get it sorted eventually. The building is okay, nothing fancy, but it does the job for what we need. We have a small kitchen area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than flights. It’s a steady pace of work and we’ve all become pretty good friends over the years working together in this spot.
