Air India

Our office is situated over at 8-2-283/B/6 on Road No. 3 in Banjara Hills. Being in this part of Hyderabad means things are always moving fast. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit. It’s a functional space where we handle a lot of the local business for Air India. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big lounge area. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. People come in all day long with questions about their flights or their tickets, and we do our best to help them out one by one. It gets pretty hot in the summer, and the air conditioning sometimes struggles to keep up, but we keep working through it. We aren’t a huge team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't use those scripted lines you hear on TV. We just talk to people like regular human beings. Sometimes there’s a wait, and we know that can be frustrating, so we try to be as quick as we can. The building is easy enough to spot on Road No. 3. We’ve stayed at this address because it’s central and people know where to find us. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting people where they need to go and making sure the forms are filled out correctly.
