Air India- Singpore Air Terminal Services

We have our office at Flat No : 22 in the Madhu Konark Apartements. It is over in the D-90 block of Madhuranagar in Hyderabad. It’s not a fancy place by any means, just a regular residential flat we converted into a workspace for Air India- Singpore Air Terminal Services. You can hear the neighbors going about their day, which is actually quite nice compared to a cold office building. We have been here for a while now and the guard at the gate knows us all by name. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of papers that we try to keep organized. The balcony gets some good sun in the morning, which is where we usually take our tea breaks. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door so people know they are in the right place. Most of the people who come by are used to how we do things here. It is just a simple, local operation. We don't really go for the corporate look. The fans are always humming and there is usually someone on the phone. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We like being in Madhuranagar because it is central and easy for us to get to after a long day of work. It’s just how we do things.
