Air India Sats

Our base of operations is located at Quarter Number 45 in Sector 7, specifically a Type A unit here in Korba, Chhattisgarh. It is a bit of a different setup being in a residential sector, but it works for what we need to do at Air India Sats. Korba is known for its industry and power plants, so the whole town has a very practical, hardworking feel to it. Our office is small and tucked away, which means it is usually pretty quiet inside. We spend our days looking at logistics and handling the administrative side of things for the ground services. It is a lot of data entry and making sure all the reports are filed on time. The area around Sector 7 is quite green, which is a nice change from the dusty roads near the main plants. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is just a quick walk or a short bike ride. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist; if you come by, you will probably just find one of us sitting at a desk with a cup of tea. It is a modest way to run things, but we prefer it that way because it is straightforward. Sometimes the mail takes a little longer to reach us out here, but we have learned to plan around that. We just focus on keeping our part of the operation moving and making sure the paperwork is in order for the bigger teams elsewhere.
