Air Deccan(Airlines)

This little office of ours is tucked away in Rangrez Bazar in Secunderabad. The house number is 3-3-697. It’s a busy part of town, lots of shops and people moving around all day. We deal with the Air Deccan stuff from here. It’s not a big airport terminal or anything like that. Just a small space where we keep track of things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the market, but we are used to it by now. People sometimes walk in thinking we sell tickets directly over the counter, and we have to explain how it works. We’ve been here for a while. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep. It’s a very local feel. We don't wear fancy uniforms when we are just working in the office. It’s mostly just us, a few computers, and a lot of logbooks. Secunderabad has a certain rhythm to it, and we are just part of that. We try to keep things moving. Airlines are complicated, but we try to keep our part of it simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to get the job done without too much fuss. If you are ever near Rangrez Bazar, you might pass right by us and not even notice. It’s just another door in the bazaar, but it’s where we spend our days making sure things stay on track.
