Accor(Novotel & Hicc)

We are based over at LIG 125 in KPHB, Balaji Nagar, Hyderabad. This isn't the big hotel itself, but rather where some of our support and administrative work happens. KPHB is a huge residential area, and being in Balaji Nagar means we’re surrounded by regular houses and small shops. It’s a very different vibe from the high-end halls of the HICC. We have a small office here where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes the hotels run. It’s a lot of phone calls, coordinating staff schedules, and checking on supplies. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a couple of computers. We like it here because it’s close to where many of us live. The traffic in Hyderabad can be a mess, so avoiding a long commute is a blessing. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone arrives, and the tea stall nearby is our favorite meeting spot. We don't have a fancy sign or a grand entrance. It’s just a house converted into a workspace. We just focus on keeping the gears turning. Sometimes things get stressful when there’s a big event coming up at the convention center, but we just buckle down and get it done. It’s a practical, local way of working that suits us just fine.
