I'm based out of Flat 302 in Himagiri Towers. That's over in Kalyan Nagar Phase-III, Hyderabad. The pin code is 500018. It’s an apartment-style setup, so it’s not like a big storefront you’d see on the main road. I find it’s better for getting work done without too many distractions. I spend most of my day looking at maps and checking schedules for trips around the region. Hyderabad is a massive city, and Kalyan Nagar is a good middle ground for me. The office is small, just enough room for my computer and a bunch of files. I usually have the radio on in the background while I work. Sometimes people call asking for prices, and I have to hunt through my notes to find the latest updates. It’s not a high-tech operation. I rely on my experience and the connections I’ve made over the years. Some days are slow, and I just catch up on reading, while other days the phone won't stop. I like the independence of it. Being in Himagiri Towers for this long, I’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other people in the building. It’s a regular life, nothing fancy, just helping people see a bit more of the state. It’s a one-person show, really. I do my own filing and answer every call myself. It keeps me busy enough and I like knowing where everything stands. There's always a stack of papers to sort through.
