Sohana Food

We are over here in Alampur village, right in the Rasikal area near New Korola. It is a quiet spot under the Sankrail police station limit, but we stay busy with the food stuff every single day. My family started this place because there was not much around here and we figured we could do something decent for the neighbors. It is mostly just us working from early morning until late evening getting things ready. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. The building is simple and we just focus on the cooking and making sure everything is handled right before it goes out. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains a lot in the village, but we manage to keep the kitchen running anyway. You can find us easily if you just ask for the post office area nearby. People know us by name around here because we have lived in this village for years. It is a lot of work, honestly. My brother helps with the heavy lifting and my cousins stop by when we have a big batch of orders to finish. We do not spend much time talking about business goals or things like that. Mostly we just talk about what needs to be cooked today and who is coming to pick it up. It is just how things go at Sohana Food. We keep the place clean and just do our bit for the local folks.
