We’re located in Sanchita Apartment, specifically Flat No. 101, right on G.T. Road in Serampore. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office like ours since it’s an apartment building, but it works for what we need to do. Maniktalla is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so there’s never a quiet moment outside the window. We spend our days here coordinating things for the pizza side of the business in this part of Hooghly. There are stacks of folders on the tables and the computers are always humming. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just where the real work happens behind the scenes. We have to deal with the heat in the summer and the rain during the monsoon, just like everyone else on G.T. Road. Sometimes the traffic is so bad it takes forever just to get across the street for a snack. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It’s about making sure the logistics side of the pizza orders is actually working. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks in Flat 101, and try to make sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We know the local shops around here pretty well.
