Comesum Food Plaza

Comesum Food Plaza is located in the New Complex at the Howrah Railway Station. We are right there in Howrah 711101. Being at a major train station means we are always busy. There is not really a slow time for us during the day or night. People are coming and going at all hours. We have a large space because we have to fit a lot of people who are traveling. It is a functional setup. We have a lot of staff working in different shifts to keep up with the arriving trains. The noise from the station is always there in the background while we work. We do not have fancy decorations because they would just get dusty with all the thousands of people passing through every week. We focus on getting things done quickly for the customers. People have trains to catch, so they do not want to wait around for long. We have been here for several years now. It is a different kind of business than a normal neighborhood restaurant. We see thousands of new faces every day, and most of them we will never see again. That is just the nature of being at Howrah Station. The kitchen is huge and we have to keep it running 24/7. It is a lot of management and making sure we do not run out of anything. We just keep our heads down.
