We've been here on Dobson Road for a while now. It's a busy spot in Howrah. People come to Shyam Andhra when they want something that tastes like home, especially if they like south Indian flavors. It's not a fancy place, just tables and chairs and good food. We mostly focus on getting the spices right. The kitchen stays pretty busy during lunch hours because of the offices nearby. We try to keep things moving fast so nobody has to wait too long. It's just us running the place day to day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but that's how it is here. We serve the usual stuff you'd expect. Nothing too complicated or experimental. Just honest cooking that fills you up. If you're walking around near the 711101 area, you'll find us easily at 3/14. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the plates we put out. Some regular customers have been coming for years now. They know exactly what they want before they even sit down. It’s nice seeing familiar faces every morning. We just do our work and go home. That's about it really. No big story here, just a small eatery trying to do its bit in the neighborhood. We don't have a website or anything, just this physical shop where we show up every day to cook for whoever is hungry.
