This particular spot is located at 58/F on Findlay Road in Liluah, which is a busy part of Howrah. Unlike the big malls, this place feels a bit more like part of the local neighborhood. We have a lot of families from around Liluah coming in, especially on the weekends when the kids are out of school. The kitchen stays pretty loud with the sound of the machines and people calling out orders. It is not always perfect; sometimes the floors get a bit sticky when it is raining outside and everyone treks in mud, or the line gets longer than we expected. We spend our shifts making sure the food is ready and the tables are somewhat clean for the next person. Findlay Road is always moving with trucks and rickshaws, so there is a constant hum of traffic coming through the front door. We are just a local team of people who live nearby, working the fryers and the registers. It gets pretty hot back in the kitchen, but we are used to it by now. We see the same faces quite often, like the folks who stop by after work or the students from the nearby schools. It is just a regular place to grab a bite without any fuss. We just keep the lights on and the food moving for whoever walks in from the street.
