Eminent Association Engineering & Management College Educators Foundation

We’ve been over here at 119 Salkia School Road for a while now. The name is quite a mouthful, Eminent Association Engineering & Management College Educators Foundation, but we mostly just focus on the engineering and management side of things for college folks. It started with a few of us who wanted to help out with education and get more involved with how things are taught. Salkia is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We spend a lot of time working with teachers and people from different colleges to see what they need. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. People drop by sometimes to ask about how to handle different management courses or if we have resources for engineering students. We try to keep things organized, though with all the paperwork involved in a foundation, it gets a bit messy sometimes. It isn't just about books here. We look at how educators can do their jobs better without making it too complicated. Living and working around Howrah means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but we like being part of the local scene. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep the foundation running and helping whoever comes through the door looking for some guidance on college-level stuff. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting with staff.
