Subana Farmer Producer Company Limited

This is our little setup in Village Subana. We are based out of House No. 226, which is Pardeep Kumar’s place. It’s a regular house in the village, so it feels more like a community thing than a big business. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are just a bunch of local guys working together. Subana is a small place, so everyone knows where we are. We sit around and talk about the crops and what needs doing for the season. It’s not formal at all. Pardeep keeps things organized at his home. Sometimes the tractors are parked out front and it gets a bit crowded on the street. We deal with whatever the local farmers need. It’s a lot of talk about weather and soil. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk. You just walk in and someone is usually there to help out. We started this because it made sense for the village. Being in a house makes it easy for people to stop by while they are out in the fields. We might be having some food or just sitting under the shade when you arrive. It’s just how we do things in Subana. We try to keep it simple and honest. No big city talk here. Just work and the village life every day.
