Agro Atmanirbhar Farmers Producercompany Limited

Our group is called Agro Atmanirbhar Farmers Producercompany Limited. We are located over at the Zee Foundation in Agroha, Hisar. It’s a place that most people around here can find pretty easily. We started this because we wanted to be a bit more self-reliant with our farming. In this part of Hisar, we grow all sorts of things, and having a company helps us manage the business side of it. We aren't experts in business, we are just people who know how to work the land. We spend a lot of our time at the foundation office talking about how to improve our yields or where to sell our produce. It’s a very grounded operation. No one here is wearing a suit. We are usually covered in a bit of dust from the fields. It’s a team effort. Sometimes we disagree on what to do next, but we always figure it out over a glass of water or some tea. We deal with the local markets and try to keep things moving. The address in Agroha is where all the paperwork happens, though we’d all much rather be out in the sun than filling out forms. It’s a simple life, and the company is just a tool to help us keep doing what we’ve always done. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’re working hard together. That is enough for us to keep our heads held high.
