Niharo Agrotech Producer Company Limited is located at shop number 69 in the New Grain Market of Mandi Adampur. The market is a very noisy and busy place to be every day. There are tractors and trucks moving in and out all day long, especially during the peak seasons. Our space is just a simple unit where we handle the grain that comes in from the local farms. It is not a clean or quiet environment at all. There is always dust in the air and the sound of people bargaining over prices. We spend our time weighing the produce and making sure the farmers get the right amount of money. It is a lot of physical work and we are often tired by the time the sun goes down. We don't have any professional office staff or a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you will find us in our work clothes, probably busy with a pile of bags or some messy paperwork. We started the company to give the farmers in the Adampur area a better chance in the market. It is a tough job because the prices change every day and you have to be quick. We keep our books in a small desk in the corner. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but we know how the market works. We are just regular people who have spent our lives around the Mandi and know how to get things done.
