We are based in Hisar, right in the Farm Colony of the H.A.U. area. Our address is 11/7, and it is a pretty quiet part of town compared to the main market. We focus on exports, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with shipping details. Being near the university means there is a lot of green space around us, which is nice during the summer. We started this because we saw an opportunity to send local goods out to other places. It’s not a massive operation. We just have a few rooms where we manage the orders and check the quality of what we are sending out. Sometimes things get backed up at the ports or there are delays with the trucks, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing team. Mostly, we just work with the same people we have known for years. The office is simple with a couple of computers and a lot of packing tape. Hisar can get really hot, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. We are just regular people trying to run a decent export business from our spot in the colony. We don't use fancy titles. If you come by, you'll probably just see us checking lists and making sure the labels are on straight.
