We're located right by the Chaudhary Cotton Factory on Dabwali Road. It’s near Rachna Palace, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re in the area. Think Earth Farmers Producer Company Limited is our small way of working together as farmers. The office is part of the old factory grounds. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Dabwali Road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any polished furniture or fancy decorations in our workspace. It’s just simple desks, chairs, and a lot of samples of what we grow in our fields. We spend most of our time talking to people who stop by for advice or business. We aren't corporate types; we're usually covered in a bit of dust from the road or the fields. We handle the local crops and try to find the best ways to get them to the market. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, especially during the busy harvest season. We just work through it together as a team. There’s no big hierarchy here. Everyone just does what needs doing at the moment. We know the local land and the people who work it day after day. It’s a practical business for us. We don't use big words or make grand promises to anyone. We just try to be fair and keep things moving. It’s a lot of work, but we like being our own bosses. It feels right to be doing this.
