Over in Bhaini Maharaj, near Meham, you'll find us. We're based at Suraj Bhan’s place, he's the son of Ram Kishan. Everyone around here knows the family. Sinapis Mustard is our focus because mustard is a big deal in this part of Haryana. When the flowers bloom, the whole area looks yellow and it's quite something. We are a farmer producer company, so it's really just a bunch of us trying to do better for ourselves. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning and glass walls. We usually sit around in the shade or in the main room at Suraj's house. There's always a lot of talk about the weather and the seed quality. Dealing with mustard can be tricky depending on the frost. We try to help each other out with the harvesting and selling part of it. It’s not a fancy life, but it's what we know.
