Satluj Public School

Satluj Public School is located in Ellenabad, which is a town in the Sirsa district of Haryana. We are right in that corner of the state where things are mostly flat and open. The school is a familiar place for the people living in Ellenabad. It is a simple brick and concrete structure with a big yard in front. During the day, you can hear the voices of the children echoing through the halls. We have a lot of students who come in from the surrounding farms and villages. The classrooms are filled with wooden desks that have been used by many groups of kids over the years. We have a flag pole in the middle of the courtyard where we gather in the mornings. The weather here gets very hot in the summer, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as we can with the ceiling fans. Our teachers are local folks who care about the town. We don't have any fancy high-tech gadgets, just good old-fashioned books and chalkboards. It is a place where we value hard work and showing up on time. The parents often stop by the gate to chat with the staff or ask about their kids. We are just a local school doing our best to give the kids in Sirsa a place to learn their subjects and grow up. It is a plain and honest life.
