We are located in Bhiwani, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our building is a familiar sight to most people who live in this area. It’s a large, sturdy place with plenty of rooms and some outdoor space. The interior is pretty basic, with painted walls that have seen a few scuffs over the years and floors that are easy to sweep. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive artwork on the walls. Instead, you’ll mostly see charts, some old photos, and stacks of notebooks. Our days start pretty early, and there’s always something that needs fixing or cleaning. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around forever and some newer faces. We all just muck in and do what’s required. Whether it’s moving furniture around for a meeting or sorting through the mail, there’s rarely a quiet moment. The surrounding neighborhood is usually quite active, so there’s a bit of noise from the street, but it doesn't bother us much. We have a small office where most of the planning happens, and it’s usually cluttered with pens, papers, and half-empty mugs of tea. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just provide a space for people to come and do what they need to do in Bhiwani, and that’s plenty for us.
