Dayanand Sr. Sec. School

This school has been standing here in Sirsa for a long time and many people around here attended it themselves. We are located right by the Sirsa Ho area, making it a central spot for families. It’s a big enough building for the older students who are finishing their senior secondary years and getting ready for whatever comes next. We have a lot of classrooms and a main courtyard where the morning assembly happens every single day. The wind can pick up quite a bit out here in this part of Haryana, so things can get a bit sandy. We try our best to keep the place organized, though with so many students running around, it can get a bit hectic in the corridors. Our teachers mostly focus on the main subjects like math and science that the kids really need for their board exams. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or modern, just a steady place for a regular education. The local kids usually walk or ride their bikes here every morning from the surrounding neighborhoods. We have a small front office where we handle all the paperwork and the fees. Sometimes the main gate gets a bit stuck and we have to get someone to fix it, which is just a regular part of life here. We see the kids grow up from year to year and it is a lot of responsibility to handle, but we just take it one day at a time.
