We are located in Vpo Jhinjholi, at Rajender’s place. It’s a typical village setup where everyone knows where everything is. We call ourselves a kisaan organization because that’s exactly what we are—a group of farmers. We don't have a corporate office or a board of directors in suits. It’s just Rajender and the rest of us sitting around and figuring out how to manage our produce. Jhinjholi is a good place for this kind of work. We spend our days dealing with the realities of the field. Sometimes we meet under the big tree or just in the front of the house. We talk about what the crops need and how we can get things moved to the market. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of long days, but we manage. We aren’t here to give you a sales pitch. We just do the work that needs doing. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people. We might be busy with a delivery or just catching up on some news. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the weather or fixing a piece of equipment. We like keeping it local and staying close to the roots of what we do. It’s just the way things are done here in Jhinjholi.
