Saladeri Fruits & Vegetables Producer Company Limited

You can find us over at Dharam Pal’s house which is number 56 in Village Haibatpur. We are in Block-2 of the Narnaund tehsil in the Hissar district. It is a quiet place and we have set up our producer company right there to be close to the orchards and fields. We mainly focus on fruits and vegetables that grow well in this part of Haryana. A few of us from the village got together to start this so we could have a better way of moving our produce to the bigger markets in Hissar or even further away. The office is just a regular room in the house where we keep the books and meet with the other growers. It is not a very formal place and you are likely to find us in our work clothes rather than anything fancy. We spend most of our time worrying about the water and the pests and then we come here to figure out the logistics of getting the crates loaded onto the trucks. We don't have anything like a corporate office or a sales department. We just want to sell our fruit and veg and make enough to keep the farms running for another year. It is a simple goal and we work hard at it every day without making a big fuss. People here know us as Saladeri and they know where to find us if they need help with their harvest or prices.
