North Progressive Farmers Producercompany Limited is located at Saini Farm in Raslapur. Specifically, we use the space at Hissa No 320/1531. It’s run by folks like Tarun Saini and the rest of the family, including Ved Parkash Saini. We’ve been part of this land for a long time. The "progressive" part of our name just means we are trying to try new things and not just stay stuck in the old ways that aren't working anymore. We started this group because farming alone is just too much of a gamble these days. At the farm, we spend our time looking at the crops and figuring out how to get things done more efficiently. It’s not a corporate office. It’s a working farm where we also happen to run the business. We get our hands dirty every single day. We don't have a marketing team or people in suits. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make sure we get a decent return for the months of work we put into the ground. We talk about things like irrigation and which equipment we can share to save money. It’s all very down-to-earth. We just want to see the farmers in our area do a bit better and keep the local agriculture moving forward. It’s about the community and the soil. We just take it one day at a time here.
