We are located in VPO Madha, which is a small village near Narnaund in the Hisar district. Our setup is right there at Narender Kumar’s place. Being a farmer producer company means we spend most of our time talking to the local growers and looking at the crops. The office is just a simple room where we keep our ledgers and sit around a wooden table. It’s nothing like those offices you see in the big cities. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and open windows. There’s always dust from the roads, but that’s just how it is in rural Haryana. People come in and out all day, usually with dirt on their boots. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather or the price of seeds. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle the paperwork for the group and try to keep everything straight. It’s a lot of work to coordinate everyone, but we’ve been doing it for a bit now. There isn't any fancy signs or a big lobby. If you ask anyone in Madha for Narender, they will show you the way. We focus on the daily tasks and trying to help the members out when they need it. It’s a plain, honest operation that works for the village people who rely on their land to make a living every single year.
