Our address is 481 in Sector 14 of Hisar, but don’t let the city location fool you. We are all people who work the land. We set up this company because farmers in this area needed a way to come together and have a stronger voice. Hisar is a busy place, and it’s easy to get pushed around by the big buyers if you’re on your own. We use this spot as a central hub for our records and meetings. It’s a simple place with just the basics. Most of our time isn't spent in the office anyway. We are usually out in the fields or at the mandi. We talk about what seeds are performing well and how to get a better price for our grain. We aren't the corporate type of people. You’ll usually see us with mud on our boots and dirt under our nails. Farming is a tough business, and being in a group makes it a bit easier to handle the risks. We deal with whatever problems come up, whether it’s bugs in the crops or a dry spell. It’s just us trying to keep our livelihoods going. We don’t have any big promises or fancy words. It’s just the daily work of making sure the harvest is successful and the families are taken care of.
