Bilasgarbabaji Farmer Producer Companylimited is located in Village Khairi, over in Hisar. You can find us at house number 815. It’s a local effort by a bunch of us farmers who wanted to do things a bit differently. We’ve all got our own plots of land around the village, but we use this company to handle the bigger stuff. Hisar can be a tough place to farm because of the weather, but we make it work. We aren't some big corporation with suits and ties. Most days you’ll find us in the fields or sitting outside the house talking about the next crop cycle. We named it after Bilasgarbabaji to show our roots. It’s about staying connected to the village and the land we work on. We handle things like getting seeds and selling what we grow together. It saves us some trouble and keeps the money in the local community. There’s no fancy marketing here. We just write down what we need and try to get it done. The village of Khairi is where we belong, and this company is just a way for us to stay strong as a group. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes it’s a struggle, but having the producer company helps us manage the ups and downs better than being alone. We are just regular people doing our best with what we have here in Haryana.
