Agriners Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Vill. Ladwa in the Hisar district. Our specific address is House Number 19. It’s a typical village setting here in the Hisar-Bhiwani region. We started this company because we were tired of doing everything on our own. It’s much better when you have a group of people to share the burden. Ladwa is a good village with hardworking people. We use a small part of the house as our office. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. People stop by to talk about the harvest or just to see what’s new. We don't have any fancy brochures or big advertisements. News travels fast enough by word of mouth around here. Some days the paperwork feels like it will never end. We aren't experts at filing forms, but we manage somehow. The weather in Hisar can be very extreme, either too hot or quite cold in the winter. We just work around it. Our goal is simple—we just want to make farming a bit more sustainable for the people in our village. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We are just glad to be able to help our neighbors out in some small way.
