Udyamitaagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Gram Pure Brajvasi Kodras Bujurg. We are basically just a group of local people from the village who figured we should work together instead of everyone doing their own thing separately. It is registered at Rupesh Kumar’s place. It isn't anything fancy or some big city office with glass walls. It's just us. Farming is hard work and sometimes you just need a better way to get things done, whether it is getting seeds or selling what we grow. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting up near the village center to talk about the weather and the crops. There are plenty of challenges every day, like when the rain doesn't come or the prices aren't what we hoped for. But being a producer company helps us deal with the paperwork and the legal stuff that usually gives us a headache. We don’t have a big marketing team. It’s just neighbors helping neighbors. Most days are long and we’re tired by the end of it, but that is just how life goes in Kodras Bujurg. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone working on a tractor or checking the soil. We are just trying to keep the farms running and make sure the families here have what they need to keep going season after season. It's a simple life, really, focused on the ground under our feet.
