We operate out of Nagla Har in Sadabad, which is in the Hathras district. It’s a quiet area where almost everyone is involved in farming some way or another. Our company is basically a group of local farmers who wanted to do things a bit differently. Instead of working all alone, we use this company to pool what we have. It’s easier that way. We aren't some big corporate entity from a city. We are just folks from Sadabad. You’ll usually find us talking about seeds or how the ground is looking this week. We know the dirt here is good if you treat it right. Farming is what we know. We’ve been doing it since we were kids. This producer company is just a tool for us to handle the buying and selling part of the job. It gets really busy when it’s time to bring the crops in, and that’s when we really need to be organized. We just try to keep things honest and work hard. There’s no secret to it, just a lot of sweat and hoping for decent weather. We are glad to be part of the community here in Hathras and we just take things as they come each season.
