Ksvs Farmer Producer Company Limited

Vijay Singh's house in Aharai village is where we basically run Ksvs Farmer Producer Company Limited. It's in the Pateni Block area of Hathras, which most people around here know pretty well. We aren't some big city corporation with glass windows and air conditioning. It’s just us farmers trying to figure out how to get better prices for what we grow. The village life is quiet, and most days you’ll find someone or the other stopping by the office to talk about seeds or how the monsoon is looking this year. We started this because doing things alone was getting too hard. When you have a group, it’s easier to talk to the bigger buyers. Aligarh is close by, so we go back and forth for supplies. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team, just our names on some papers and a lot of work in the fields. The address says C/O Vijay Singh because that’s the spot everyone knows. We mostly deal with what’s in season. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage. If you come down to Aharai, you’ll see the fields stretching out, and that’s where the real work happens. It’s a local effort, through and through. We just want to make sure the families here have a bit more security than they did before we all joined up together. It’s simple work but it takes all our time.
