Tejbir Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is our organization. We are based in Hathras, specifically at number 44 in Glory Garden. It’s the place of Hardayal Singh. We are right on the edge of the Aligarh area. This is where we do all our work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a group of us who know about farming and want to work together. Most of our time is spent dealing with the actual day-to-day tasks of agriculture. We don’t spend much time in an office because there is always something to do outside. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be tough, but we are used to it by now. We just take things one day at a time. Sometimes we meet up at Glory Garden to talk about what we need to buy or what we need to sell. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just rely on what we have learned over the years. We are local people and we care about our community here in Hathras. We just want to keep our farming going and make sure we can support ourselves. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. That’s really all there is to know about us and how we run things in this part of the country without needing anything more than our hands and the dirt.
