We spend our days worrying about the rain and the pests, and our nights trying to keep the books straight. It is a lot of responsibility. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We share what we know and we share what we have. Sometimes we argue about the best way to do things, but we always figure it out because we have to. We aren't looking for praise, just a decent harvest and a way to keep the family land.
