The business is all about agro-foods, which means we deal with a lot of processing and packing. It’s a busy place with plenty of noise and activity. Gulaothi is a good spot for this kind of work because it’s close to the farms. We don’t have a big corporate ladder here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If there’s a big shipment, we all help load it. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time talking to local farmers about their crops. Sometimes the harvest is good, sometimes it isn't, and we have to adjust. We keep our records in big ledgers and on an old computer that sometimes acts up. It’s not a polished environment, just a practical one. Being in Ram Nagar makes us feel like part of the neighborhood. People stop by to chat sometimes. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to get the food packed and sent out without any trouble. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us going through the year. The summer heat makes the warehouse tough, but we just drink water and keep moving.
