Kherapati Stone Industry

Kherapati Stone Industry is based at Plot No- S-10 in the industrial area on Road No. 6. We are very close to the J. K. Tyre factory, which makes us easy to find. The yard is always filled with blocks of stone. It’s a very industrial setting, so don’t expect anything fancy. There are cranes and saws going most of the day. The ground is usually wet because we use water to keep the dust down while we cut the stone. We work with all sorts of different materials that come in from different quarries. Some days are just spent unloading trucks and trying to find space for new stock. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything organized. We have a small crew of men who have been doing this for years. They know how to handle the stone without breaking it, which is harder than it looks. We don't have a sales team. Usually, I’m the one answering the phone or talking to people who stop by the plot. We just provide what people ask for. The area is quite noisy with all the other factories around, so you get used to the racket. We’re just a small industry trying to keep up with the orders. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just stay focused on the stone and getting the measurements right for the customers.
