Brij Raj Stone India is based at C-1/26 Vinay Nagar-4. We are a small operation dealing with natural stone. We’ve been in this part of Vinay Nagar for a while and we like the quiet of the neighborhood compared to the city center. We spend our days looking at stone slabs and talking to people about their construction projects. Stone is a funny thing; you never quite know what’s inside a block until you cut it open. We have a small yard where we keep our inventory. It isn't huge, but we try to keep a good variety of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest stone company in the country. We just want to be the one people can rely on around here. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s hard work, lifting and moving heavy rocks, but it keeps us busy. We’ve seen the area grow over the years, with new houses popping up everywhere. A lot of them have stone from our yard. We take a little pride in that, even if we don't say it out loud much. We just show up every morning, check the orders, and see what needs to be moved. It’s a simple life and we’re happy with how things are going. We don't need much more than some good stone and some honest work to do every day. That's our story.
